Closing flatirons elementary will be a huge detriment and tragedy to our community and to the mountain communities that rely on a neighborhood school. Having your neighbors and friends in your elementary school is a huge foundation for resilience and stability. Walking to school or going down the mountain with your community means keeping that community alive and healthy. Do not close this school that provides so much to its neighbors and its families.
