The small neighborhood feel of Flatirons was instrumental in my son’s successes in academia, leadership in his community and exposure to such things as an astronaut- his targeted profession as a young adult still. The patent community remains tight a decade later and some of our closest friends. What a travesty to let go of this bvsd gem.
